    支柱瓷绝缘子振动声学测试实验

    摘要:振动声学是近年来出现的支柱瓷绝缘子检测新方法,可以带电检测,检测效率高。本文采用弯曲载荷实验验证振动声学的原理和仪器的准确性。实验结果表明:随着载荷加大,缺陷峰值也增大,说明用振动声学检测支柱瓷绝缘子损伤是有效果的。如果带载荷测试的话,缺陷峰值可能会更明显。1000-2000Hz缺陷峰值位置B(受拉应力侧)比位置A(压应力)和位置C(无应力)明显,现场测试时尽量选择受拉力的位置测试。 Vibro-acoustic is a new detection method for Porcelain pillars insulator developed in recent years, and it can detect lively with high detection efficiency. But its accuracy is undetermined, also a lack of experimental verification. In this paper, the bending load test to verify the accuracy of vibro-acoustic principles and instruments. The results showed that: as the load increases, the defect peak also increased, illustrated that the vibro-acoustic is effective for post insulator damage detection. If testing with the bending load, the defect peak may be more obvious. The defect peak range 1000-2000Hz of position B (tensile stress side) significantly higher than the position A (compress stress side) and position C (no stress), so try to select the location of tensile stress in the scene testing.
